I was not sure about the green and blue. But I'm growing to it.

But maybe you should darken the colors a bit, it is kinda hard to see, but the combination of the colors are great!

I dunno if I like the blue text....maybe make a design in the text? I dunno..it seems so plain compared to the coolness of the rest of the layout xD

What colours would you recomend?

Assuming you have Photoshop or PSP or something...

What if you put the blue text over the banner and set the text to overlay?

I think if you brighten the green and yellow, the blue will look fine. The green & yellow are kinda hard to see, like tomaten53 said.

This is what it looks like when its on overlay

Hmm...try different colors? I tried for you and put 2 layers of black text on overlay and outlined the bottom layer of text...I just don't like the bright of blue. Or you could go back to your original and pick a bluegreen color?

How do you outline the text in Photoshop

kiara

Go to blending effects [double click on the layer or click the "f"] and go to stroke. Make sure you click the word stroke and not just the checkbox

lower the fill a tad....make more of the prettyness effectyness show through. Do what you think is good though, your design.

I think that looks really good. The black shows up much better than the blue did, and the yellow outline has a nice effect.

Yeah, the black stroke around the yellow text makes it really easy to read

Paco

I've lowered the fill to 75%.

I think it looks ok, one of my best so far I think.

Hopefully, just got a few more things to sort out once this is done.

I like this one a lot but I think if you add a stroke to the text in this one, it would look better than all the others... Maybe make the stroke a greenish color a little darker than the one used in the banner?
