Theres a blue border around my banner, and a huge space above and below it too. Can you look at my code and help me fix it?! Thanks.
My site isnt complete finished.

Ok, I fixed the space. lol. But I still don't know whats up with the blue border?!?! anyone?!

Alright .. I have another problem, besides the blue border. Do you think you can give me a code to where I put a black border around the update part? I tried, I think I did it wrong. Will you look at the code? Thanks.
I'll have to put it in another post because its too long.

It has nothing to do with your image, but the DOCTYPE part should be at the very top of your page, before <html>

For the image, add border="0" around it.

Your image is 200px tall but you have the cell set to 250px high. Also, you left out a closing > for your image. That whole line should be:

theres still a blue border around it, and when i put your code in it, the space that i had after to banner is gone now, and i need a little bit of space otherwise it looks weird ... not only that but is there a way to ptut a border around the update part?!!
