:confusion ok i dont know exactly how to make a join thing liek in most websites there a place where you can join so the new user can do different things than guests like on this website for instince and i need to know how o and i also need to know how to make a sucessful username and password entry part at the main page of the website

You would need to use a programming language, PHP and MySQL are easiest, if you would like to build off of one I made, I'll pm you. :)
