does anyone know how to make the background picture show ....
like through all the stuff..i still havent figured out how to do it...

Show through what? If you want your background to show through tables or divs then just don't assign them background color.

do you mean like it is a bit "see through".
if so, perhaps search a bit on "transparency" on this forum.
