I HATE all the people that clone or copy someone else's design! Don't they have creativity? People used to say that when someone copies you, it means that they admirer you :P.. but it gets so annoying sometimes..

I don't use anti right click for my site, i trust my visitors and i the graphic i made has my name on it. But, how would you know if your site is cloned or copied in any ways if people don't report to you? Any ideas???

If you don't have ideas, don't copy others! It's lame!

There is no way to know unless you actually see their site with your very own eyes. I agree with you... it's really annoying sometimes when somebody comes to your site, takes your stuff (without asking permission) and runs away without mentioning a word.

Gee, that really stinks. I always help my friends look for clones and stuff, I hate it that these people can sleep at night. You should put up like a cyber jail on your site. You can easily make them using a guestbook script. I find that it brings really good results on catching clones.

if you want to see if someone has copied your text word for word, take a little bit of it (a phrase or sentence or so should do), and search Google with it in quotes. I remember there was a thread a while back with copies of Lissa's site, and I found a bunch by doing that with text from some of Lissa's pages.

that has almost the same background and mouseover effect.. even how i position my stuff... You judge it.. I'm not saying she copied me.. it's weird that she visited my site today and the next day the site's design changed.. does this mean copy? :P.. or it's nothing big..????

Yeah, I hate it when people do that, so whenever I find stuff I like, I'll always put where I got it, and the fact that I didn't make it. However, what really bugs me is when they steal my ideas. However, you can't copyright ideas, only the finished product. :(

yeah...but how do you find these sites??? i mean there are like over a million sites on the web! how do you find one particular one that's just like yours???

I know cuz she submited her link to my site to join my clique.. i didn't add her cuz she didn't read the rules.. n also, the day when i check her site out was a diff design.. next day.. our site was pretty alike.. i had a shock! :S...

oh...i see. i just can't understand how some ppl can just copy stuff!!! oh well:(
