Well, I have to say ive tried heaps of hosting plans freewebs,bravenet,100webspace,and more.
I found out about html scripts adn i am good at writting them.i made some codes but HOW DO I TURN THEM INTO A WEBSITE???

You can use Notepad. Just write your code and save it as index.html and all file types. Then upload it to your server.
