I running PhotoShop CS2 9 and i'm in need of some help here, can anyone help on the matter.

what I would like to know is how to make the BEAR image blend into the background, and yes they are layers. I tried to use the blending opitions and couldn't figure it out, I got all the background layers to work and there were 5 of them, just can't figure out the image of the bear......can anyone help me out, plzzzzzzzzzz

Select your Lasso tool, I'd recommend you to set your Feather to something between 3 and 8, although that bear doesn't have a feather. Cut your image out, then copy it and paste onto you background image. Then go to Layer >> Flatten Image and you're done! :)

Have you tried lowering the opacity of the bear or changing that layer to overlay or maybe both? Sometimes it requires a combination of things.

no don't understand plz explain more, I still alittle new to the software, i'll be back on tomarrow

I'm not really good at blending but if you go to www.good-tutorials.com they have SOO MANY tutorials for Photoshop, including tutorials about blending, and making signatures =)

I've been to so many good-tutorials, I can't even count that high anymore, I have spend days and weeks at those sites and still couldn't find what I was looking for.

I tried to flatten it and it locks the image, and can't do anythink after that, and it still don't look any different after flattening it,

I also look for the Feather on there and couldn't find it, on the menu bar there is a feather at the top, when I click on it, it goes to a website,

sorry is feather a brush ? how do you get to the feather ?
