I need some help with pop up windows. I need someone who's willing to type out step by step what I need to do, because I just can't seem to get it!

I mean a link who's URL pops up in a new window. I tried a pop up generator, and pasted the first part of the HTML into a new page (I don't know what else to call it...it was titled "cliques.html"...). Then I pasted the second part (the special link that you needed to use) and it never worked...anyway thanks :-). I'll try those links, zangerbanger!
