like at the bottom of the page there is that how do i do that?

If you have your own domain, you can host the file on your server. Just upload the file using FTP, and link to your file like this:

[<a href="http://www.yourdomainname.com/yourfilename.mp3">Download Here</ a>

Or, if you don't have your own domain, you may have a free host that will allow you to upload the file to their server. Use the same code above to have people directly download it from your site.

This: http://www.yourdomainname.com/yourfilename.mp3 would be the actual URL.

You will not be able to embed/direct-link with Putfile, however. That is not allowed.

you can try something called streamload, they'll give you a link to your file, put you need to have extremepatience with them though, they are slow!
