what isn't working, what does it display and what should it display? we really need more info... I'm moving this to general.

your smilie is working. Well yeah i just click the buttons above saying "size" "font" and "color" to add some color etc.

You should end it with a / like [/COLOR] instead of [COLOR=deeppink]

it should be:

<SIZE=3><FONT=century gothic><COLOR=deeppink>hi
, i hope this works!</COLOR></FONT></SIZE>

change < and > to [ and ]

nope it doesn't, you are adding t he same codes you are opening with. it's like html. You open with <font size="2"> but close with </font>

this code (change < and > to [ and ]):
