I'm starting a webpage and I wanted to get a layout or something - any ideas where I can get one?*

www.daydreamgraphics.com has layouts to download
maybe a search on www.google.com will do well to :) just type in "free layouts" and you will find tons of them !

offcourse doing a search on this forum does allot too. Many people asked site's for free layouts so i'm sure you will find some too!
