Well, yes, once you upload an image, it's going to be http://yoursite.com/image.jpg.

yes, that will be the image's URL.

if you type that into your browser address bar (with correct spelling and CaSe LeTtErInG), it should appear.

if you are just showing an image for someone, that's all you need. you can make a webpage for it if you like though ;)

Yes it is. :) Practically everything you upload will have it's own URL, I believe...
