Hey there wanna learn how? Well here it is:

It is good that you know alot of the tools in the gimp!

So lets start:

Get your image or text and using the freehand tool select the part you want to sparkle :waves:

Then duplicate the layer 2 or 3 times.

Go to filters and to noise and select scatter play with the controls then select the second layer and use the scatter play with the controls BUT THEY MUST BE DIFFERENT!!!
then select filters then go down to animation and down to
playback and view it then now to save it

save it as yournamehere.gif and it should come up as a box select save as animation then press okay then press okay again then you are done!
