I looked at least 5 diffrent tutorials. And I still dont get it .how do you open 2 pictures in the same document? And `` do you control where the pic blend at?

Ther are manys ways to do it, try opening 2 seperate pics and then select a certen area right click it and chose fether then type in how manny pixles you want to fether and click ok. then click ctrl-c to copy the image then pase it (ctrl-v) on to the new a different image.
