.. i lost my animations window in phothsop & image ready.. i tried viewing it but it's somewere off screen how can i get this back?

I think she means to hold down the ALT key and then on the File/Edit/Etc menu, go to Window --> Animation... Although I'm not really sure what that does... It appears to do the same thing as if you were to just go to Window --> Animation without holding the ALT key...

You can try making your resolution larger to see if that brings the window back onto the screen. The way I'm understanding this is that the animation window is there, it's just out of your screen's view?

Thats a good idea and would prob work but my resalution is as high as i can go already...

Go to Window > Workspace > Default Workspace
It puts all the windows back to the default position Adobe started with. You should be able to go to Window > Animation and get it to come up on screen.
