I see some really cool table layout out ther but i can't help but wonder, how do they work exacly, i now how to make a table but how would you do the linking?is there a way to target tables??? (sorrey if i soun silly :P

No, tables were not meant for targetting. You can make tables to position graphics/text in certain places or make things look more aligned. For example, in Lissa's page, her purple menu is an example of a table :) . You can't exactly target them because when you make table layouts, you must refresh the page (unless you use an iframe of course ;) ).
