I am thinking about starting a blog site, but which blog software should I pick? Which is the best? I want to skin it easily and make new layouts quickly. I'm new to blogs :D

It is a bit tricky to use at first, but there are many tutorials and I would be happy to get you started. It has a built in theme/skinning system and it is very well supported and very customizable.
