Please can someone help me? I am at the brink of pulling my hair out lol.


I was given a pencil image to colour. I have already adjusted with the curves and the levels, but I cant go over board as its in light pencil so it distorts the image.

I want to know how adjust certain areas of the image, so the drawing is all even, not white patches which is what I have atm. I think using the mask tool is how your supposed to do it, but for the life of me I can't get it to work, I think its because I never used it before lol.

try duplicating the layer and setting it to multiply
