How do I make table layouts with divs in Paint Shop Pro? I'd like to do my website similar to this http://aethereality.net/layouts/?id=48 (I'm using this layout as an example.) but with 3 columns plus a footer.

Here's a very good tutorial for Photoshop, but I'm sure you can make it in PSP aswell. :)
