Well, anyway, I simply don`t get this. the colors, the links, I seriously don`t get it. :( scrolling, ect. the only thing i DO get i html. please explain. oh please...

what exactly are you having trouble with? if you have a specific question (or multiple questions :P), it may be easier to answer them.

basically, all that's different with frames is the frameset coding- it just sets up the frames and how they're arranged on the page, and their sizes and all that. once that's set up, everything else is the same- all your normal code goes on the pages that get displayed inside the frames.
