How do i make a dotted boreder around a picture?? Thanks if you can help me!

Draw the dots around your image...

I think you can go to layer-blending options-stroke and then do something:S

make a new 8x8 transparent document and make two black [or whatever color] squares diagnally. so one black square is on the upper left, and the other is on the lower right, touching eachother but same in size. Then go to edit > define pattern and then when you want to make a dashed border highlight your image go to edit > stroke 1 px. pattern, then choose the dashed border pattern. And that should work!

create a new layer. fill it with any color and set the fill to 0%. right click the layer blending options> stroke (way at the bottom) and selectr pattern. then u pick which pattern you would like to use.
