I just added smiles to my comments and its all out of order. I want to position my buttons under the text box, and the smiles under the text box. Example:

Also, I want to pop up my comments section into a smaller window. I succeeded in that, but since I use headers and footers in my site.....when the window pops up, it includes my layout picture and everything else. How can I just pop up the comments and text box?
