You learn the language. Like, when you want to code a page, you learn html....

I can't create menus, but the people who do have a very good knowledge of dhtml (or whatever they want use) ^^;;

Coding can be quite easy. It's just the project that is complicated. For example, ASP is relatively easy to understand, but creating a timetabling/room booking database with ASP isn't!!
