i received a Canon PowerShot S2 IS as a birthday pressie, and to download the photos to the computer it sez i need windows 98 second edition (98 SE) which i am PRITTY sure i dont have. is there any way to tell?? also, it isnt SE can i stilll use the program? will it harm the computer or, most importantly, the camera in any way? plz help as quickly as possible i need it by the weekend...

right click on the MY COMPUTER icon.
it should tell you what version of windows you have.
SE means Second Edition.

if you have anything newer than 98SE, everything should work no problems.
anything below 98SE, and the program itself may have problems, not your computer or camera.
