How do you make a table cell that continues with it's background as long as you scroll the page? They're seen often on blogs.

Hmm.. you mean a fixed background? Like.. the background stays the same, but the blog scrolls?

No, not really. Iframes and fixed backgrounds I can do.

Have you ever been to a site (blog probably) where there's no scrollbar where the blogging happens, but the background continues as long as there's blogged stuff to scroll the whole page.
