Back to your question, yes i have used them. There ok, I think the guys located in Montreal. I tried to setup a forum once on there and phpnuke, never got it to work unfornately, and thats when they shutdown there forums, so they dont really have a good postition for support in my mind, but you get php, free space, and a database, that is supposed to work, and its free, so cant complain :)
