Why you mean by "stuck at someone's frame"?

it means like you have a website. and another website has a link of your website. when you clicked on the link on the another website, sometimes, you will see the site will have a frame on top of your site. an example: http://www.daydreamgraphics.com/graphics/includes/view.php?type=1&id=1489. you can see the top frame. and the actual website is at the bottom.
