Freewebs have launched a blog service which is very simple to use. Try that.

Really easy to install, easy to post news and easy to put news on your page. It is also easy to edit templates

I could never figure out cutenews when i tried it once. I've seen it working and it looked great. Just too bad I couldn't use it
