Ok I downloaded a graphic that has frames like the buttons that you push to get to another section and such and it has a one color background then another picture on top of that well here is the whole picture [ X ] (http://www.daydreamgraphics.com/graphics/includes/review.php?action=read&type=2&id=627) but also on the left hand side where there is a whole blank it has a scroll bar also.but my problem is that I don't know how I would do the html code like how it would be set up. If anyone can help then thanks!

if you really downloaded the file then you must allready haev the .html files in it :S it is just a .zip file that has everything in it. To get to know more of it read what's in the iframe on this page:

I mean call me a newbie at this and I know I am but what do you mean the html codes, are they on it I mean I can't find it but I did unzip all the files but I just don't understand how you would set it up to put on notepad.
