first of all, this is the wrong forum.

second it's not very difficult. if you just practice lissa's tutorials then you should be able to make the sites pretty easily. she explains it in great detail.

search on google for div layer tutorials. make an image or whatever you want to use, and use pixels to position the images and whatever you want to hold the content (tables, iframes, etc.) on the image. be sure to use PIXELS because people have different screen resolutions and the layout might look messed up or weird to someone with a diff. screen resolution :D
