ok so i installed apache web server on ym computer here are my problems.

1) i dont know why, but port 80 must be blocked off cause i seem to be the only wone who is able to access my site for some reason. (also i ma using window xp)

2)when i install php it works fine, except this is when it seemingly s=decided to stop working, and has never worked since then... anwyay got an idea outside of reloading my computer?

the real question, is why did php block of port 80? and how am i able to fix this. i believe somethign is listening on port 80.

Do you have a firewall or anything like that installed on the server. I am not an expert, but you may have blocked port 80 using such software/hardware depending on how much money you have!!!
