I have 4 iframes on one page, and i only want 2 of them to have a certain opacity. I set the opacity levels to the way i want it, but the text isn't the way i want it. Is there a way to set the frames so that only the text is opaque ang the scroll bar is tansparent?

nope. When you set opacity, everything inside the frame is effected.
