I'm looking for the image effect codes for black and white or inverted color.

i want the images of my profile to be like that, and the hover is normal. Or.. vice versa, image is normal but when you point ur mouse on it. its black and white or inverted. anyone know the code for that?

Ok NVM i found it!! but.. i cant make it a little bit transparent when i inverted it... do they cancel out?
