ive been trying to make a guild layout simular to this...http://img368.imageshack.us/img368/9161/go1zo.png,i use paint shop pro 8 and i can't figure it out. ive tried mailing the person who made that layout,but he won't mail me back.so what im asking is how he got the picture to outline like that,or how he shaped it like that...thanks in advance :)

well if u went the second url i posted you can see some of his layouts..the blue grundo one,or the meerca chase one...i was wondering if anyone knew (in psp8)how he got the picture into that shape,or how he got it outlined like that..
