i know u can bann some1 if they post on a message board or forum but im looking for something kinda different. i need to be able to bann some1 from the website its self so they can no longer view the pages but its just a web space not a message board so i dunno how to do that?

Two ways that I know of. Go with PHP if you can.

ip banning could be temporary because most people dont have static ips, so if you block ranges of ips you could be blocking someone you dont want to, the best thing to do is if he/she continues, report him/her to his/hers ISP
