Hi, I really want to make forums but I don't know how....I know it's complicated but I still want to make one. If you could provide a link or tell me how to do it I would be most greatfull.

advanced php or asp , php is easiest but hard for a newbie, im making one now and its harder than i thought but you need to learn basic programming to do that
