-look at the examples on that page. I would like to know how to create the bold line around the celebrity picture. In the above link the line apears white. Using psp8 is it possible to make a outline like that?

None of the pictures work, but I think I know what you're talking about.

OK...I have psp7, but it should work the same. Here's how to do it:

1. select the picture that you want the border around.
2. paste it onto a blank picture, the background color of which is the desired border color.
3. go to selections > modify > expand (write in whatever number you want)
4. Copy
5. Paste as new image
6. And there you go!

Open up Paint Shop Pro and follow the instructions I gave at the beginning of this thread:
