This is the program I use and
I'm having trouble pasting pictures into
my "new image." Can anyone please tell me how to
do it? Please?

1. Select the picture you want to copy and paste.

2. Go to Edit->Copy.

3. Select the picture you want to paste the first picture onto.

4. Go to Edit->Paste->As New Layer.
