How can I get a guestbook without any adds. Currently using bravenet's, but they choke the visitors with their annoying pop ups and ads.

Is there any php based gb? Does it require a database?

Is there anythign else I can use ... ? there must be a world outside Bravenet?

well, I have one that writes down everything in a txt file without a database... are you interested in that?
