how can i make it in a game taht im makin , wen u start walkin ure feet move and wen u stop they stop ? and wen u go the other way , u turn completly????

make the feet into a separate movieclip, with all the different actions you want (probably in different movieclips within your movieclip), and from the main movieclip you tell your nested movieclip what frame to play.
Don't forget to give everything instance names, otherwise you can't address them.
