To make the scroll bar move on a certain frameset, change scrolling=no to scrolling=yes. I also noticed that you were missing a space in your frame code:

<frame src="adoptionsf.html" NAME="right"scrolling=yes border=0 frameborder=0 framespacing=0>

<frame src="adoptionsf.html" NAME="right" scrolling=yes border=0 frameborder=0 framespacing=0>

That space might have something to do with the main contain not scrolling. :)

How do I make the stuff at the left, the red stripes, scroll with the main content? T-T Help!!!!
If I put scrolling=yes for the left side, it get's it's own scroll bar, and I don't want that, I've seen sites where the scroll bar works for everything. Please help!

What you probably mean is the site like www.lissaexplains.com right? well that are tables not frames. Frames cannot scroll at the same time. They have their own scrollbar.

lissa has just used a table with 2 cells, one for the menu and one for the main content. If you watch it and you click a link you see that the page loads TOTALLY and not only the main content. If it where frames the main content would have to load only.
