if you do please help me out. i fond a great tutorial but the thing is my gimp program dosent have video/duplicate frames

should i search 4 a plug in? , should i look up another program or the gimp files ???

Go to http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html and download animation package, install it, restart gimp and you should have that option.
