Dude128 06-10-2003, 11:44 PM it's possible- and probable- that angelfire does not support .htaccess. most free hosts do not. if they don't you're out of luck unless you want to switch hosts and attempt to find one that does. FongPayLoO 06-10-2003, 11:57 PM am i supposed to upload it to the exact location that i uploaded my HTML document to? Dude128 06-11-2003, 12:15 AM you would just upload it to whatever directory you want it to affect- so if you have all your image files in your main directory / and you used the code to prevent direct linking, you would put it there, and it will affect that directory and all subdirectories of it. so usually, yes- it would go in the same folder. bellportal 06-11-2003, 05:13 AM I don't think that Angelfire supports .htaccess HTH |
