I am using this tutorial, http://home.earthlink.net/~acrosstheages/iconisms/coloring.html ; and everything has gone fine until I came to this .. " Create a new Raster Layer over the last (skin) one; name the new one hair. Using your Freehand Selection tool (same setting as above), trace around the hair. Flood Fill the selected area with the hair color (again, it should be darker than you think it needs to be); for this picture, I chose #2B1D13. I set the Blend Mode to Color and the opacity to 96%.
I use PSP8, and this tutorial was intended for psp8, when i change the blend made, color is not an option. I think im doing everything right, yet im not sure. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

Well, it should be there, but just to make sure- you should right-click that layer, go to "Properties" and check the blend mode options they give you there. It should have color, right above color legacy. If your having trouble, just tell me :)

go up to Layers>Scroll down to Properties and select it, when the window pops open, see where it says Normal, click the little arrow and scoll down to Color, it's there, okay. Also if you want to see it applied before actually applying it, click the eye just under the preview windows, okay.
