well you'll need a graphics program for the graphics (<--obviously, haha, this is for my benifet here) and it looks like they used divs, well in one of them anyway. There's a really good divs tutorial at `````````````` under tutorials and then divs :)

or just take a simple look at www.lissaexplains.com for some basic stuff, html codes, table codes, frame codes etc. Just try it out in your notepad and then view it in your IE browser (or whatever you use)
