I just installed psp9. Somehow, all of my "png" pics were turned into paint shop pro images. Can somebody tell me whats going on with it? :(

I hope this helps, as I have PSP 7.0 and I don't know if they've changed this part.

Anyway, you should be able to open PSP, go to File >> Preferences >> and File Format Associations. After that, all you need to do is unselect your .png files. :)

When you installed V9 you allowed it to associate all graphics files with v9. There are two options, 1 listed above and 2 uninstall it and reinstall but when reinstalling pay attention to the file associations, and only have psp files associated with psp and no others. And dont forget to shutdown>restart after either of these options.
