I have that programme, and I was wondering how to colour anime pictures on that. Any help would be great, thanks.

i am not sure but i think it's for photos, image/digital editing. it's by arcsoft i think. and they dont offer any tutorials on it. I think it may work just like their photoimpressions though, and there are tuts on that here... http://www.arcsoft.com/support/downloads/tutorial.asp?title=12

You may want to try the GIMP. it's free and will help you to color anime images.
