in each of your interests sections put
<div style="height:150; overflow:auto;"> at the beginning and </div> at the end, EXAMPLE, my television one would look like this

<div style="height:150; overflow:auto;"><Z>Gilligan's Island
<br>Desperate Houswives
<br>Alias
<br>CSI
<br>Veronica Mars</div>

you can change the 150 to any number you'd like, but don't make it too small.
