are you shure you dont mean customize?

you can't, but the next best thing is using an easy-to-customize service like www.tag-board.com, or using a tagboard from www.flooble.com. The second lets you "copy" the css from another site so your links, background, etc... match

i would highly reccomend www.tagboard.ca. ive tried all the other tagboards, and this one is by far the GREATEST thing ive ever seen. just a simple iframe code, and its completely customizable. it created unbelievable css without hasseling with cgi or chmod or any of that shtuffs :P.

I use www.tag-board.com, and changed the code around a little bit using CSS.. I made the links change color when you hovered over them, etc.

You can use CSS to edit the form part of your tag-board.

input, textarea {form attributes go here}

And you can use CSS to edit the page inside the IFRAME :)
