I had posted another topic about transferring files.......and since another friend of mine suggested FTP, i can't seem to get the darn thing to connect since i dont have dial-up, and the thing almost crashed my computer.

My question is now, when i'm in the file, and i'm viewing the pictures trying to save them, how come when I try and save them, they want to save as 'webshell' and not the photo? I believe I have about 190 photos in the one file (subdirectory) that i want to save to re-upload to the new website.......but how can i save all the photos as they are instead of as 'webshell' which saves as viewing the site page (that shows the files)?

I assume you're working with angelfire? Angelfire tends to do that. You have to view your pictures outside of the webshell in order to get them to be the right name.

Hey........Yeah, I'm working with Angelfire...........Now this is going to sound like a dumb question, but how would i go and view them outside of the webshell? I dont have every single picture up on the site, and i wouln't want to link them to one page because of the amount I have....... I know that when I have them in a page, I'm able to save them correctly, but i wouldn't want to put up the 'img src' codes for all of them on one page. :)
